This hotel is beautiful and very easily located near the cruise terminal. It was a little tricky finding the front door but our taxi driver knew where we needed to go. We were able to walk around quite a lot and walked to the cruise terminal the morning of our cruise. wonderful restaurants in the area.

Can’t say enough about the location. Very close proximity to many things even the skytrain. Didn’t realize the building is shared with offices and residential occupants. Only had one elevator working during our stay so that was frustrating having to wait for the elevator. Didn’t get a chance to use the amenities (e.g gym) but it looks like a very well equipped facility.

The views of Canada Place and the cruise ships were wonderful. My wife loved the access to the health club and swimming pool (real lap pool). What really made our stay was the warm and helpful staff. Great place to stay before or after a cruise. Had good meals at their attached and popular Lions Pub. Feels like a boutique hotel.

Close to the port. Staff helped us get our bags to the cruise ship. Bagel shop right around the corner that served a great breakfast All in all was a great spot to stay for one night before your cruise.

Room was nice and clean, front desk was nice and professional. One of the elevators was broken, which did cause a longer wait on 2 occasions. Parking was a nightmare. I paid $58 and it was extremely stressful and frustrating. Please, please fully review the hotel’s parking video and info before you book. If you set GPS to go to the hotel, you will not be able to park at that location. Instead, have your GPS take you to the parking garage directly (if you are bringing a car). It is an extremely busy and hectic area and if you are unfamiliar, it could cause undue stress.

This is a mixed hotel residence with a PRIME location in the financial area and blocks from waterfront and convention center. Very tight and secure. Nice clean quiet rooms. Many food options within 1 block.

Another great stay. We booked a room for after our cruise. The wonderful staff remembered us from our previous stay and let us check in early so we didn’t have to wait around with our luggage. Hotel is modern and clean. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.
