They were helpful, welcoming, and accommodating especially considering I arrived very ill from a long travel with my 8th yr old daughter, who went through a very stressful time when I called paramedic in the airport. Their kindness meant a lot during a stressful time. They let us checked in early considering my situation
The staff member who assisted me on July 19, 2026 (unfortunately I can’t recall his name) went above and beyond. He let us stay until noon time waiting for us to get the letter of fit to travel letter. His support and attentiveness were exceptional, and I sincerely appreciate everything he did for us.
