Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern. Bad ist sehr neuwertig. Die Wohnung hat alles notwendige Zubehör und man hat vom Balkon aus den Blick aufs Meer und hört die Wellen. Es führt direkt ein Durchgang vom Gelände an den Strand( 30 m) . Ins Zentrum von Valras Plage kommt man über die fast direkt an die Wohnung angrenzende Promenade in einem kurzen Spaziergang(1,5 km). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich mit Zugang mit Codes . Parken auf dem Gelände möglich, vermutlich zur Hochsaison trotz Platz beengt. Der Block ist eher unansehnlich, die Wohnung macht es aber wett. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, dass es etwas hellhörig ist.
