\- On the ground floor: a large, bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a sunny terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and bidet, two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, a third bedroom with two single beds and a chest of drawers, a separate toilet, and an entrance hall converted into a utility room with a shower.  
  
\- Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed, and a wardrobe, and a separate toilet with a washbasin. Exterior: Tiled terrace + landscaped courtyard  
Parking for 3 vehicles
