Elegantly set in the picturesque village of Poilhes, near the iconic Canal du Midi, Villa La Fontaine offers a blend of traditional winemaker's charm and modern comforts. This renovated semi-detached holiday home lies within easy walking distance to restaurants, a convenience shop, a winery, and a bakery, perfect for a leisurely French morning. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the kitchen, the lounge connected to the dining room and all the bedrooms are included.   
  
Villa La Fontaine is a superb base for exploring Languedoc. The sun-drenched town of Beziers, the wine capital of the region, is 20 minutes’ drive away. The villa is also conveniently located near several seaside resorts and historical cities like Narbonne, Montpellier, and Carcassonne. Guests can enjoy picturesque market villages and strolls along the Canal du Midi, which is just a stone's throw away. Within walking distance, you can find a couple of local restaurants and a convenience store.
