The Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche park has a large communal swimming pool, petanque courts, tennis courts, table tennis tables, children's play equipment and a multi-sports field where you can play football, basketball or volleyball. The park is located on the Ardèche river, 5 minutes from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and cozy terraces.

Downstairs: The living room has a cozy fireplace and heating is possible via electric heaters. Floor: A staircase in the hall takes you to the upper floor with access to a spacious indoor terrace. From the hall above you have access to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Both bedrooms have two single beds of 80x200cm, a wardrobe with hanging and laying areas, a chair, bedside tables with bedside lamps, a mirror, single duvets and pillows. All rooms have electric heaters. The second bathroom has a separate shower, sink, a bathroom rack for your toiletries and a third toilet.

Garden and swimming pool: The garden has a large dining table with chairs and plenty of sun beds around the swimming pool. The garden is spacious enough so that you can enjoy the sun all day long. There are also plenty of shade under the covered terrace and under the umbrella. The heated private swimming pool is 9 x 4 m. and in the deepest part about 2. 20m deep. The bath is securely closed with an electric roller cover that you can operate with a key. This keeps the water nice and warm and clean. The swimming pool is of course maintained by professionals on a weekly basis and the soil cleaned. In the garden you can also throw a ball on the newly constructed private petanque court and enjoy the setting sun on the cozy park bench next to the boules court.

A quiet dog is allowed in this villa. Registration required when booking !!
