It features an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 1,500 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises \- 45 m² air-conditioned living room with sofas, TV, dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bedroom 1 and 2 : queen-size bed (160x200) \- Bedroom 3: two single beds \- Bathroom with walk-in shower \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Exterior: \- A private swimming pool (7mx3.50m), unheated and secured by an electric roller shutter, open from May to October. Pool opening dates are non-contractual. \- A lovely, private, fenced garden of 1,500 m². \- A 14m² terrace, fully covered, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Berrias-et-Casteljau, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by. Activities : \- Soccer and basketball pitches close to the house \- Two-wheel rentals 200m away, for exploring the region \- Grotte Chauvet (approx. 25km) \- Cocalière cave (approx. 11km) \- Horse-riding in the Païolive woods (approx. 7km) \- Canyonong in the Chassezac Gorges (approx. 45km) Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (3/4 vehicles available). A car is required to access the accommodation and fully enjoy the region.
