"Lovely friendly people, clean room and a great breakfast. But . . . No TV signal in the room and the thermostat in the shower has failed so it just went hot, cold, hot, cold etc. Wi-Fi also very weak, but just about usable. Okay stay, but they need to get on top of maintenance"

"This was our 3rd visit to the Worsley hotel whilst visiting family in the UK. The hotel is nice, but the rooms are a bit in need of an upgrade. The bathrooms could use better quality towels and new granite. The current countertop looks old and worn out like an older motel, not a 4 star hotel. The bedding is minimal and when I asked for a blanket was told they only had duvets. I was really looking for something for comfort but the thin bedding was minimal and not cozy at all. The staff is always welcoming and the restaurant provides a great full English breakfast with all the trimmings. The grounds are lovely even if we aren't golfers."
