The houses surprise you with their imaginative architecture. The rooms are comfortable and fully furnished and ideal for families. All units have TV, a private garden and - almost all - a roof terrace with sea views. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, which is needed for cooking and eating, equipped (pots, frying pans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc.). If anything is missing or got broken, so we can add or replace at any time. Iron is also available. All beds have pillows and blankets. Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee from us. The beach is located at 200-400 m distance. Our family is their guests at all times. We would like to explain to our guests the original Sardinia. Therefore, we organize excursions into the interior, boat trips and also typical Sardinian dinner on a farm (away from the usual tourist crowds). Please note: we also have in place a large reception and lounge with internet (WiFi). Furthermore, we will deliver to our guests free of a multi-page, self-made Travel Guide. Many insider tips and an updated calendar of events are included. We are available to our guests at all times - even in private affairs (translation help with car repairs, doctor visits, ....) What is special with our service and the location of our accommodations? 1 We offer professional service in a family atmosphere. Our guests find us available also outside office hours (24 hours) 2 Check-in during night time is possible 3 Ideal holiday place for families: calm place, ample space and fields to play, little road traffic, short distances to the local sandy beach, shops & restaurants, plenty possibilities for sport,…. 4 Mini club for kids from 4 to 10 years 5 Playground for kids 6 A spacious and snug reception offering multiple services: Internet (wifi), Sat-TV, tourist information of the various kind, corners for children to play, library, table tennis, cricket, badminton, …. 7 Breakfast service in our bar/reception 8 Bicycle rental: We rent bicycle (road bikes, mountain bikes and bikes for kids). In addition we offer also a bike repair shop. 9 Within the Sa Fiorida area: space for ball games, a field for Volleyball and boccia grounds. These can be used all free of charge by all our guests 10 Bar with large terrace (with area relax) and sea view 11 Cooking lessons and language courses 12 Between only 200 and 400 mts distance is a 15 km long sandy beach, one of the largest in the north of Sardinia – ample space to be wild and relax 13 All year round sport activities: sailing lessons and sailing boat renting, surf and diving lessons, SUP, kite surfing, boat trips and renting, trips on the river Coghinas, trekking, cycling,…. 14 We organise cycling and hiking tours (also guided tours) al year. 15 Shopping, restaurants, ice-scream shop, bars, bakery, church are in reach within only a few striders. At least 2 local supermarkets are also open on Sunday morning all the year. 16 More than 50 km of routes and paths for walking wandering and cycling 17 We are organising sea by boat and land excursions 18 TV Our holiday rentals are situated at Valledoria near to one of the largest and most beautiful sandy beaches of North-Sardinia - approximately 9 miles for romping and relaxing under a wonderful deep blue sky. In walking distance one will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars,.. and much more. Valledoria and our area offer its guests not only recreation, relaxation and entertainment around the clock but also delicious, typical Sardinian specialities and much joy of life.
