In the district of La Ciaccia, 4 km from the centre of Valledoria, in a quiet, sunny position, 450 m from the sea, 450 m from the beach. Private: garden (fenced). Terrace, barbecue house. In the house: solarium. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach "La Ciaccia" 450 m, thermal baths 11 km. Nearby attractions: Castelsardo 13 km, Alghero 81 km, Costa paradiso 32 km, Olbia 89 km, Porto Cervo 86 km, Terme S. Maria Coghinas 11 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift.  
6-room house 178 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. 2 double bedrooms. Open kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Terrace roofed.
