The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as air conditioning. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. This vacation rental features private terraces, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evening.  
  
This property offers access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and an outdoor shower.  
  
The vacation home is set just 100 m from the beach. Within a 15-minute drive, you can reach La Ciaccia, Badesi, Isola Rossa, and Castelsardo. The river Coghinas, ideal for canoeing and kayaking, is also within easy reach, while the natural thermal baths in Casteldoria are just 10 minutes away by car.
