This is an apartment located on the 4th and 5th floor of a recent building with a lift and located in the central area. It is equipped with an armored door, anodized metal windows with double glass, independent heating and a quality of the overall finish that makes it perfectly enjoyable. Excellent for tourist use, given its proximity to all services and beaches. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, shops of all kinds and public transport, the bus that connects Ventimiglia with Sanremo runs every 15/20 minutes and the stop is 100 meters from the house. Surrounding the condominium there are large green spaces, the promenade is very close (about 150 meters) and a large free public parking. The apartment is on two levels. On the arrival floor (fourth) there is the living area with an open kitchenette, a blind bathroom with shower and a large livable terrace of 18 sq m with sea view. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a large attic room of about 27 square meters. and, given the height, almost entirely exploitable. On this floor a second bathroom with tub and Velux window. The total beds are 6 (double bed and a sofa bed upstairs and a double sofa bed downstairs). The exposure of both floors is unique towards the east. Given the absence, in the vicinity, of buildings on this side, the view is open to the sea. Alle E- Geräte funktionieren, Leider keine deutschen Fernsehsender, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Betreuer der Wohnung, Frau Aura über WhatsApp, super! können wir nur weiter empfehlen, fahren seit über 20 Jahren nach Ligurien, ein tolle atemberaubende Gegend.
