My stay was exceptional. It was such a beautiful hotel, I stayed in the Annex and was worried that it would be far and uncomfortable but I was wrong, it was steps away from the main building and my room had a pretty view of the ocean. The air conditioning was excellent, the room was lovely and clean, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The beach was a quick walk as was the city center. The Breakfast was beyond wonderful, the pool was exceptional...but most of all the staff were so hospitable, kind, professional, helpful, friendly and absolutely wonderful, they made my stay and I can't thank them enough. I stayed for 9 days and the entire time they made me feel welcome, at home and completely catered to. I would highly recommend this beautiful place for a short or long stay. I can't wait to go back!!

From the moment you arrive, Miramare The Palace Hotel captivates you with its blend of historic Art Nouveau grandeur and modern luxury. Our Deluxe Double Room with a partial sea view was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It featured an exceptionally comfortable bed with premium bedding that guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful extra goodies like a loofah, earplugs, face masks, and all the premium toiletries you could need. The outdoor spaces are absolutely magical. The hotel is surrounded by serene, lush gardens filled with exotic tropical flora and towering ancient palms that create a peaceful atmosphere. Strolling through the park or relaxing by the heated outdoor pool felt like pure bliss. Mornings were just as wonderful thanks to the unbeatable breakfast buffet, it was a gourmet fest showcasing a high-quality spread of freshly baked pastries, live chef-prepared egg dishes, and fresh juices. The hotel truly delivers proper 5 service, with every single staff member being professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The culinary experience was equally memorable; we enjoyed exquisite fine dining at the Aqualua Restaurant, which paired fresh Mediterranean flavors with flawless service. Miramare The Palace Resort is a stunning jewel on the Riviera. We cannot wait to return!

I had no plans in Sanremo, took a train from Cannes. I didn’t realize the hotel was far from the station so I had to take a taxi. Very nice property, I stayed in annex building in a single room. What stood out was the impeccable customer service and helpful staff. From bellmen to the check in and waitstaff. Extra amenities in room that many hotels as of late skimp on including dental kit, mouth wash and even an intamacy wash. Month of May in Italian Riviera is extremely sunny than expected so I didn’t spend time in pool but it was large and looked nice. The design is minimalist art deco. The breakfast is top notch! If I wasn’t gluten free I would have had all the pastries and tarts! But great gluten free options too + good quality yogurt and jams.

Wonderful, but not quite up to the 5-Star mark.

A most beautiful hotel, excellent location, a wonderful building with ditto garden and pool area. Nice and quiet. A full Five Star hotel and a destination in itself. Unfortunately, the restaurant and its bar, impressively designed, have Five Star prices and three stars service and offerings, a pity.

The service received in this hotel was beyond excellent. From welcome drinks to tours of the facilities, the staff are attentive and helpful. Location was great with a short walk along a historical promenade to the Casino and town. It’s about 20 minutes to the train station on foot. The rooms include everything you could need or want and even the rooms without views offer a sea view. The dining is five star, with delicious complimentary canapes with cocktails. If you’re seeking a stunning hotel with sea views, a good size pool, relaxed vibe and delicious food and drinks, Miramare is for you.

Hotels staff in the valet parking and at the hotel reception were very friendly and nice. What happened to the restaurant and at the bar was another story. I can’t remember receiving such rude and unfriendly service anywhere since the trips to France and Russia. It was our second time in this hotel and definitely the last one. We don't give more chances.

This was a fabulous property. High end service. The staff was very attentive and personal. The one negative thing that I have to say is about the restaurant on site. The menu was fairly priced, so when the sommelier suggested we order the special I assumed that the pricing would be similar to the menu but of course being special would be more. Well to my surprise, when the bill was handed to me the fish dish for 2 was 154 Euros and the dish my son got was 90 euros whilst a similar dish on the menuy was 25 Euros. It was my fault for not asking about the price but never thought 2 dishes would cost 250 Euros. I definitely felt taken advantage of.

Room was spacious, king size bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked great, good size shower for Italy, staff was so kind and helpful. We had the top floor balcony room with 180 degree views of the sea were incredible. Breakfast was fabulous, make sure you include that with your stay. If we ever come back to Sanremo this is where we will stay.

Absolutely fantastic hotel which obviously deserves its 5 stars. Very well kept, very clean and very friendly staff, perfect location close to the sea, the old railway track converted into a pedestrian and cycle path and the senter of Sanremo. We could not ask for more and consider allready to book a stay at the hotel next summer. The hotel get our absolutely best recommendations.
