"Great stay. I stayed 4 nights here. I arrived to Puerto Vallarta noon thankfully they were available to accommodate with an early check in. I was assigned to the 20th level, the door of the room did not open with the key and that was due to the “battery”. They had said that they were going to send tech to come and fix it while we went to go eat. When we came back to our room the door didn’t open with the key. It was a bit disappointing and frustrating that I was staying at a well known hotel and to have this issue was just overwhelming. I had to go to the lobby twice because no one was sent. Long story short, I requested them to switch my room and they did. I still remained on the same floor just a couple doors down. The views were magnificent. What I liked about this hotel was that it was very well maintained and there was security. This made me feel safe, not any person was allowed the resort without a bracelet. Over all this was a great experience minus the door. I didn’t let the door ruin the stay. Great staff. Everything was clean. I don’t recommend the all inclusive, I recommend going out and exploring. Everything is cheap. There are taxis inside the resort with great prices. It’s the same price as an Uber. "

"This was the second time my boyfriend and I stay at Fiesta Americana. We stayed here last year at around the same time and had a great time.
Location of the resort itself is very convenient and central. About a 10 minute drive to the airport and Malecon/downtown area.
The service and food is top tier. Definitely worth booking the all-inclusive. All the restaurants are great! Staff is super friendly and will accommodate any request. Yovanni the F&B manager, was very helpful. Jaime, Jose, Angel and Hugo at the Cevicheria were very attentive and did an awesome job when we went almost every day there for lunch during our week long stay. Antonio, working the pool service was also great.
For Dinner at the Italian restaurant, Rosato, we were sat in Jonathan's section twice and were very impressed both times. Serivce everywhere was above and beyond!"
