"Great property overall. The main reason I did not give it a higher rating is because the walls are thin and for 3 nights we could hear the people next door to us yelling and talking very loud till 3am. You could hear the entire conversation for 3-4 hours. The other thing that I did not like was that the bar at the pool closed early. We got to the pool at 6pm and the food and drink area was closed. It was a great place as far as location. We were close to a lot of attractions and stores."

"We enjoyed the house very much. Woke up to hot balloons overhead every morning.Quiet neighborhood. Ample seating for visiting, dining, sleeping, enjoying the outdoor areas.House was very clean,Management was dealing with a plumbing issue, but communicated with me throughout the repair to keep me updated."

"The Villa Fabulosa was perfect for our Birthday/Family Reunion event! It was extremely well appointed and the pool was perfect for all ages to enjoy. So nice to have room for the little kids to run around and other entertainment for all ages. We were there three full days and never ran out of things to do. The owner was available and so helpful whenever we needed him. Wine tasting close, outdoor kitchen was wonderful - we had all our meals in house and everyone had an amazing time. Highly recommend this incredible Villa."

They’re only having 5 rooms total. It’s closed to all the wineries in Temecula, the Old Town of Temecula and the Pechanga Casino."
