There’s a separate nice cottage on the lot for 2 more guests, please reach out if you’d like to rent that cottage as well. It’s a separate Airbnb listing with a 5-star rating. This newly-renovated home with a panoramic view of the wine country has everything you need. Want to relax with a glass of wine in an outdoor setting? The spacious patio and porch with a relaxing hot tub, dining set, Weber gas grill and a hammock under the trees will pamper you. Soak in the hot tub while overlooking the vineyards next door. Want to cook up an amazing meal for your family? The well-stocked chef\`s kitchen is there for you. Game day/night for your traveling party? The foosball table, corn hole, horse-shoe and a variety of board games have you covered. This 1800sf house has an open floor plan with plenty of windows and lights. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one bath is the master ensuite and the other is shared. This house is located on a private 4.5-acre lot, with lots of peace, tranquility and privacy for you. The three bedrooms sleep up to six, with another air mattress available upon request for two additional guests. There is also a Guest Suite available on the same 4.5-acre lot under a separate listing for a party of 2\. We have the best cleaning crew and you can be sure to arrive at a sparkling clean house with freshly laundered duvets. There is a separate cabin on the far end of the lot with a separate driveway that\`s also available for a party of 2. Need to get some work done? We have a dedicated 500Mps lightning-speed Fios connection just for this house. Self check-in is available . There is a car port and plenty of parking spaces on the property and on the street. We are just one phone call away, and our local property manager is available on stand-by for your needs. Our 4.5-acre lot overlooks Wilson Creek and Monte de Oro vineyards (but there\`s no direct path). Hot air balloons often take off from our street in the morning, providing an incredible view. It is less than a mile drive from Lorimar winery, yet has a feeling of a private get-away on a massive lot. This large lot has a rural feel in the wine country, yet is only minutes away from over twenty wineries. Old Town Temecula and Pechanga casino are less than 20 minutes away. The small road in front of the house is a dirt road and most of the lot is not manicured, giving it a country feel. There is one other cottage on this 4.5-acre property. Please note that there are exterior cameras for the safety of our guests. The driveway leading to the house is a dirt road. The wine country is a semi-rural area and there may be wild animals such as coyotes and bobcats in the area at night. Much of the 4.5-acre lot is not landscaped, please take extra caution when walking around the parts that are not landscaped. Out of respect of our neighbors and in accordance with the wine country noise ordinance, we do not permit parties, loud music, or large gatherings at the property. Violations will result in termination of the rental agreement, and guests may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issues in such cases. Fees for damages, excessive trash removal, and/or extra cleaning may also be assessed. Early check-in and late check-out may not be available. When available, early check-in fee is $50 for check-in from noon-3pm, and $100 for 8am-noon. I wish we had time to enjoy the house longer with its amenities of jacuzzi and pleasant views aince we were mostly out with our family. The morning of our check out, we did enjoy a peaceful sitting on the porch to enjoy the views. The only downfall was the only morning I didnt have to wake up early, I was awkened by trash truck beeping around 7ish and someone on another property mowing the grass/weeds. Although directions were thorough, I would also recommend a sign or arrow at the fork pointing toward the house, a little diffixult to see at night once we hit the end of pavement, at the dirt road. ##### Jacqueline L. Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2022 ### 8/10 Good #### Juan Carlos F. 30 Mar 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### exelente Mi nombre es Juan Carlos Flores solamente un detalle de toda nuestra experiencia positiva....... la persona encargada de la limpieza se comporto muy ruda e impaciente con mis invitados, se sentia enfadada y si usyedes miran el video salimos a tiempo de su hermosa casa........ no se si fue un mal momento por el que pasaba pero fue muy notable para que mas de uno de mis invitados me lo dijeran. por todo lo demas fue una estancia formidable.
