I liked that this hotel was just steps away from the city center and all the restaurants, but the room was extremely small, there was very loud music outside until late, and our window faced the stairs which people could look right in to our room. There was no pool and the rooftop was very bare. Didn’t have a restaurant in the lobby, they offer you coffee in the morning but it was turned off and cold and there was nowhere to sit to enjoy the coffee.

We got a room not at the main property building but across the street where they have the parking lot and like 6 other units. Was a bit skeptical at first but the rooms had good AC and clean bathrooms. The decor was a bit strange with a jaguar statue with a green light, lol but overall the stay was pleasant. Hotel is 2 blocks from main plaza and restaurants. Parking lot has only 7-8 spaces, so get there early. Staff was super nice.

Magnifico lugar
El hotel esta en una muy buena ubicacion muy limpio, el a/c trabaja super bien, bastante seguro, el personal del hotel de lo mejor en especial Silvya en recepcion que en todo momento nos dio muy buenas sugerencias de como pasarlo mejor.

far from fantastic
Location is very good but hotel is noisy. You can hear people next door as if they were in the same room. Hot water takes hours to get to the shower.

Noisy but nice
The staff is really nice there is coffee available in the morning which is always a nice touch the room was comfortable it is noisy but not a huge problem for us would stay here again

Decent place for one night
Our room was on main level. Nothing really bad or wrong inside the room. The bathroom did have a bit of a scent... Couldn't quite place it, maybe a bit of mold. The word thing is the window faces a small courtyard so there is no privacy with the shade up. You can also hear everything outside so I assume people outside could hear us. It was a bit awkward. Service was great, location great.

Hermoso hotel
Hermoso hotel con 8 habitaciones muy limpio y trankilo cerca de la plaza principal y justo en el centro de Valladolid y cuenta con una terraza en el roof top que trankilamente puedes tomar una copa de vino lo recomiendo

Centric hotel in the heart of Valladolid
Nice centric hotel! Clean, well appointed, perfect location for exploring the town! Parking included and super easy right across from the hotel. We loved it.

Dirty beds
This place appears to be upscale but when I checked in I folded back both beds and they were full of trash and body hair. The manager required the house keeper to strip the beds and remake them. The first one I slept in had bed bugs, pretty common though for the area. I slept in the other onevthe next night no problem. The hotel website listed a safe but there was not one so I carried a backpack everywhere I went. It really appears to be clean but these are the problems that I had.

Excelente hotel en Valladolid
Excelente hotel con muy buena ubicación en Valladolid. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, y el personal muy atento y amable. Cuenta con estacionamiento.

El cuarto esta limpio, pero la habitación es terrible. Pegada a un estacionamiento horrible, con mucho ruido y cama incómoda. Podrían cobrar la mitad de lo que cobran

Me gustó la habitación, muy linda y limpia. Puedes ver tu auto desde la ventana y tiene una terraza, q aún está arreglandose, pero parece q va estar bien. No me gustó que la página no especifica la dirección y la recepción está de un lado y las habitaciones enfrente aun lado de la otra calle. Dicen q es cuestión de actualización. Todo lo demas genial. Muy a gusto. Todo está súper cerca 😃 Gracias
