Nice hotel, friendly staff and central location.

Posted 14-Apr-2017
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location.
Cons: Maybe a small bar or evening restaurant.
Location: It is right in the centre between the railway station and the main square, excellent location for shopping and bars.
This hotel is small and located right in the centre of Valencia, the hotel staff are the probably the most friendliest I have ever met on my travels, always welcoming. The rooms are quite small but perfectly acceptable, the dining room is good but is only open for breakfast, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Our rooms were cleaned regularly and the staff were always helpful, we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, right in the hub of Valencia

Posted 19-Dec-2016
Pros: Location, modern rooms and the friendly welcoming staff
Cons: Disappointed with the hard uncomfortable beds. If your flight isn't till late evening there is no proper reception as such or any toilet facilities.
Location: Outside is Subway, tpizza, burger joint, restaurants. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. Market about 10 minutes. Beach 1 hour walk.
Arrived by metro and only took 20 minutes from the airport and a few minutes walk to the hotel entrance. I was able to check in early and got the room I requested. The front desk couldn't be more friendly and helpful. They were always polite and welcoming when passing to go out. The room was spacious, modern and very clean with all mod cons. I had a lovely balcony and view of the street below. The wi-fi was excellent with no problems streaming. The room had a mini fridge, safe, air con, heating and a lovely shower and bath. I only have one negative, the bed was very hard and wasn't at all built for comfort. I had trouble sleeping for two of the three nights because of this. I think a firm bed is common for Europe though. The location could not be better, you really are in the centre for everything with the main train station, metro, restaurants, cake shops, ice creams, fast food and the main shopping street right outside the door. If you enjoy walking it's a pleasant 1 hour or so walk through the gardens to the beach. You wont be disappointed with this hotel and it's staff, would certainly stay here again.

Leisure break

Posted 05-Nov-2016
Location: Excellent location for city centre, attractions all within easy walking distance and bars and restaurants just outside the door.
Reception staff very pleasant and helpful, room very comfortable and the balcony offers great views of the city below. Spotlessly clean room and hotel in general

Convenient hotel with great service

Posted 29-Oct-2016 on Hotels
Spent 3 nights in the hotel. Had a room on the first floor which was quiet in terms of street noise, but a bit noisy in terms of noise from surrounding rooms as we were by the cleaning storeroom and restaurant. Room was clean and modern, tho we didn't have a balcony. Room was also a bit dark as window was facing a wall. In terms of the bed, watch out as we had two singles pushed together as couldn't select a double when booking. Often the beds would slightly move apart making it a bit uncomfortable. The location was great. V easy to get into the city centre and a short walk from Xativa station. The staff were excellent - v helpful and knowledgeable. We booked our open top bus tour tickets through them and they recommended lots of nice restaurants in the area and even offered to call ahead and book a table for us.

Great position, lovely people.

Posted 28-Oct-2016
Pros: In particular the location, surrounded by bars and restaurants, great place to explore from, the reception staff were excellent.
Cons: The room faced a brick wall so not a great view, but that's Valencia.
Location: Eating, drinking and walking. Use the Metro or buses to get around, the Metro is very close.

Good location Helpful Staff

Posted 21-Oct-2016 on Hotels
The rooms are small. The balconies in the outside rooms are nice. Hotel accommodated my requests sent via email. Rooms ending in 02 are larger than other rooms I observed. The hotel is in a place that has active night life so it is noisy, I don't know about the noise in rooms that may not face the streets. The mattresses are hard, we slept OK but if you need a pillowtop or soft mattress, you may consider another place. The staff provided excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants. There is a very good cafe across the pedestrian street if you do not want to eat breakfast at the hotel. The linens and amenities were very good. There is no hot pot or coffee maker in the rooms. Good lighting and windows in the rooms.

Posted 17-Sep-2016
Pros: Location and the rooms were really comfortable. Good value for money.
Cons: No suggestions
Hotel was well situated to access most everything we were looking to experience. Hop on/ Hop off bus access was close to hotel. Also lots of good restaurants, Tapa bars and shopping.
