Comfortable room wth good central location

Posted 17-May-2017
Pros: Location and facilities, hard to find both together!
Cons: A kettle/cups for coffee/tea in the room, and a chair for the balcony would be nice.
Location: If you don't want a full breakfast there's a great cafe (La Rolleria) across from the hotel.
Very well kept hotel with comfortable bed and room. Fabulous central location just south of City Hall square on a pedestrian street is within 20 minutes walk of anywhere in the old city. Though the area is quite busy the room we had was well sound-proofed so when we were ready for bed noise from outside was not an issue at all. They serve a reasonably priced, good breakfast buffet in a very pleasant room overlooking the street below. All of the front desk staff were very helpful and guests seemed able to be assisted in several languages. Overall I would highly recommend!

Nice hotel, friendly staff and central location.

Posted 14-Apr-2017
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location.
Cons: Maybe a small bar or evening restaurant.
Location: It is right in the centre between the railway station and the main square, excellent location for shopping and bars.
This hotel is small and located right in the centre of Valencia, the hotel staff are the probably the most friendliest I have ever met on my travels, always welcoming. The rooms are quite small but perfectly acceptable, the dining room is good but is only open for breakfast, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Our rooms were cleaned regularly and the staff were always helpful, we would definitely stay here again.

Hotel at the centre of Valencia

Posted 06-Mar-2017 on Ebookers
Pros: Its central location, helpful staff and well presented accommodation
Cons: Nothing that I can say
Location: Central with al the facilities and historical landmarks close by. The coast also have scenic centres for camping, horse riding, golf and the sea.
This small, smart and compact hotel is well positioned close to the main square and City Hall of Valencia, and close to the busy commercial, retail and business activity of this regional centre. It is also near the Nord railway station and a short taxi driver from the separate AVE high speed trains to Madrid ( two hours) and East Coast centres. The hotel is clean , well presented, with fist floor breakfast room, as well as some excellent restaurants, tapas bars and nearby entertainment. The sea is a short taxi or bus ride away, and the city boast a huge bull ring, cathedral, remains of the old walls, and interesting traditional, and modern architecture, which blends together remarkably well.

Excellent hotel, right in the hub of Valencia

Posted 19-Dec-2016
Pros: Location, modern rooms and the friendly welcoming staff
Cons: Disappointed with the hard uncomfortable beds. If your flight isn't till late evening there is no proper reception as such or any toilet facilities.
Location: Outside is Subway, tpizza, burger joint, restaurants. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. Market about 10 minutes. Beach 1 hour walk.
Arrived by metro and only took 20 minutes from the airport and a few minutes walk to the hotel entrance. I was able to check in early and got the room I requested. The front desk couldn't be more friendly and helpful. They were always polite and welcoming when passing to go out. The room was spacious, modern and very clean with all mod cons. I had a lovely balcony and view of the street below. The wi-fi was excellent with no problems streaming. The room had a mini fridge, safe, air con, heating and a lovely shower and bath. I only have one negative, the bed was very hard and wasn't at all built for comfort. I had trouble sleeping for two of the three nights because of this. I think a firm bed is common for Europe though. The location could not be better, you really are in the centre for everything with the main train station, metro, restaurants, cake shops, ice creams, fast food and the main shopping street right outside the door. If you enjoy walking it's a pleasant 1 hour or so walk through the gardens to the beach. You wont be disappointed with this hotel and it's staff, would certainly stay here again.

Convenient hotel with great service

Posted 29-Oct-2016 on Hotels
Spent 3 nights in the hotel. Had a room on the first floor which was quiet in terms of street noise, but a bit noisy in terms of noise from surrounding rooms as we were by the cleaning storeroom and restaurant. Room was clean and modern, tho we didn't have a balcony. Room was also a bit dark as window was facing a wall. In terms of the bed, watch out as we had two singles pushed together as couldn't select a double when booking. Often the beds would slightly move apart making it a bit uncomfortable. The location was great. V easy to get into the city centre and a short walk from Xativa station. The staff were excellent - v helpful and knowledgeable. We booked our open top bus tour tickets through them and they recommended lots of nice restaurants in the area and even offered to call ahead and book a table for us.

Great position, lovely people.

Posted 28-Oct-2016
Pros: In particular the location, surrounded by bars and restaurants, great place to explore from, the reception staff were excellent.
Cons: The room faced a brick wall so not a great view, but that's Valencia.
Location: Eating, drinking and walking. Use the Metro or buses to get around, the Metro is very close.
