The apartment was perfect for the price. Generally quiet, but did find it noisy on Friday/Saturday. Firm bed in awkward position in room. Fine for us, but if someone has mobility issues this would be a concern. Perhaps, not all suites are the same. Excellent location with lots of dining options. A reasonable walk from the bus station. We brought our own foldable bikes but bike rentals plentiful and a very reasonable rate. We would happily stay here again.

The location of the property is fantastic. The pictures of the property are deceiving since it is run down. Curtains broken at the edges, towels in need of replacement. Needs TLC! Dryer advertised as available and it is not, all they had was a hair dryer…

The apartment is nice, well located in a somehow quiet street but u can hear easily things outside. The check-in and check-out time are strict to 16:00pm and 12:00pm.

cockroaches in the apartment! I don't even know where to begin! Myself, my husband and our 4 year old toddler couldn't stay in the apartment for more than one night. Upon entering the apartment I could right away tell that the pictures on Expedia for this apartment were taken quite few years ago as there were stains on the sofa, marking all over the walls and the furniture looked very beat up. But it got much worse as when we turned on the aircon a huge cockroach came out and then another one appeared in the bathroom during the night. There were also strange insect trails inside kitchen drawers and the sink and tap area. So for obvious reasons I booked another hotel in the morning and contacted the property by what's up (as this is how the got in touch) and via Expedia chat. I explained the property very politely that there was an obvious issue at the apartment and we couldn't stay another night as we have booked two nights. The property manger told us that us we have booked via Expedia directly they couldn't provide a refund directly and that we should contact Expedia first and make arrangements. After a few weeks of waiting Expedia got in touch to say that the property had denied our request for compensation for the night we didn't stay! Awful experience and customer service on both sides!

We booked here very last minute, within an hour we managed to check-in, very easy to communicate though whatapp & straight forward to get into the property. Clean aprament with everything you could possibly need 😊

Excellent location to spend a few days in Valencia!!! Doesn’t have a full time front desk because is a hostal, but we had some difficulties to get to the place because a very busy Saturday in the city and the person in charge of the check in process, did waited for us until arrival... Cleaning standard may be improved!!!

I wouldn’t know...I didn’t receive the information on how to get inside the building until late on the night I was supposed to check in. I was locked out and had no clue as to how to get in. So I found a different hotel.

The ac was not working on the second level and it was a very hot night, so that made it really bad. Also a plug for the fan bellow the ac was broke apart and many electric cords and electric components were exposed, that was a bit scary.

Great central location in a residential area. Unit was lacking basic supplies which would have made staying in an apartment more comfortable.... trash bags, dish soap, etc. However, ample sheets and towels were provided.

They are not happy to store luggage, check in at 4pm meant us walking around for hrs only to be informed when we returned to check in that our appartment is 5min away, seeing we were upset,they paid for a taxi. The appartment is very well located and had all the facilities we were expecting. Enjoyed our stay

False advertising
False advertisement. Said there was a washer AND dryer. Room only had a washer and we had to deal with wet clothes. Also air conditioning was broken as if wires had been cut. Shower was also extremely small.

The man at the "reception" was really nice and helpful...whatever we asked for he was there for us! Thank you ( unfortunately we don't remember his name...sorry about that)!!! The housekeeping lady was also very nice!!!

Great choice for comfort, location and amenities
A newly modernised old building located just behind the school of Art and near the Torre de Quart as well as Main Market. It's located in an upcoming area within the old town, everything can be done on foot within 10 mn walk. There is a mixture of old dilapidated buildings and newly renovated ones with small paved roads. Plenty of place to eat around many various squares. On the map it may look far but we had no problems taking the metro from airport and getting off at Xativa and from there walk10 mn through town. First time could be a bit confusing to find because we are not used to so many narrow streets - It's quite normal for appartments to have a graffitis closed up shutters at the bottom of the buildings and if you look up , the flats are up there ! Most of the flats on location in Valencia are like that, unobtrusive with giant wooden door as entrance.

Appartamento 2 down Town 13 fatiscente, cavo della corrente dentro il box doccia, rubinetti sgrostati, mobili massacrati, pavimento flottante con buche sotto, macchie di umidità, mura con dentro solchi. Pulizia scarsissima, capelli nel lavandino e nella doccia appena arrivati. ( Di chi ha fatto le pulizie, ragnatele. Tenda macchiata. Isolazione con il piano superiore inesistente ( ringrazio le ragazze che erano sopra di noi sabato notte), casino dalla strada a causa di serramenti obsoleti. Phon colato...(tra l altro ottima la pulizia del casetto che lo conteneva) L unica cosa che si salva è la posizione.

De locatie was perfect alleen ik had mij de accommodatie wel wat anders voorgesteld. Klein bed, badkamer was aan vervanging toe te grote bank voor de kamer en verder erg onlogisch ingedeeld . Helaas zaten we op de eerste verdieping en geen balkon. Het inchecken ging prima en ook fijn dat je je bagage daar kan laten staan.
