Parking is possible in the street or one of the surrounding streets (free). There is a bicycle rental service nearby, and both a tram and bus stop are within a few minutes walk.

The apartment is in a building with permanent residents. As a result, parties and noise are not permitted. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the lease. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 09:00.
