Just exceptional quality all round - faultless

Not much to criticise really. Pool could have been bigger so you could swim in it. Maybe a gym too. Staff are great. High end appliances in the apartments. Our "partial" sea view was pretty amazing. Sea one direction, mountains the other. Spacious too. Tram stop to Benidorm / Alicante about half a mile away.

My husband and I arrived early for check in to be greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception. Although our room was not quite ready we only had a 25 minute wait. We booked a sea view room with balcony which was located on the 3rd floor. Our room was quiet small but more than big enough for 2 people. But the Balcony view was absolutely amazing. My fiance and I have just returned from spending 3 nights at La Serena. From the moment we arrived we were treated like we were the only guests in the hotel & we were made feel so special. Check in was done very efficiently by a tall gentleman, while we were taken onto the sun terrace by a lovely lady and both of us given a glass of cava. Wonderful staff room breakfast and setting

We are two senior ladies who where looking for a good hotel with a golf course close by. The Denia Marriott came up to all our expectations and we enjoyed reduced golf and buggy rates on La Sella golf course. The hotel booked our requested tee times in advance. We could not fault the service all the hotel staff gave us. We enjoyed the relaxed outdoor dining.

My family and I travel a lot and mostly to 5 star hotels . this hotel had so many positive despite us visiting out of season April 15-22 2016 . they staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed to understand our English but not perfect in Translation but what they failed in translation they made up in effort . The facilities i.e. pool stunning and beautiful views of the sea and well managed gardens . they have 3 out door pools to chose from and the bottom pool was perfect for my 2& 9 year...

The hotel was very close to the beach and Old Town and is in a relatively quiet area of the resort. The staff were excellent and very efficient. The range of food meant you could have variety throughout the week. We went for the Select option which meant we had access to a room offering branded alcohol, newspapers and a private small terrace - would strongly advise people go for this option. The jewel in the crown is the spa - went there twice and it's a real treat. Would stay here again...
