Very clean and comfortable

excellent all round, very easy to walk to Hemisferic and the Marine aquarium and abut a 45 min walk to either the Historic centre or the Marina. We hired bikes one day from Easy Bike which is moreorless opposite Intelier Core suites and they were fabulous. The bike lanes in Valencia are superb. Staff at the property were fantastic and cleanliness was excellent. Just wouldbe liked the pool to be heated as it was too cold to use.

I would give the staff more stars if I could as they were so helpful and nice to deal with. Thank you

Stayed two nights with my teenage daughter. Caught the metro from the airport to Collin and walked to the hotel from there. A mile ish maybe. Greated by a friendly lady in reception. Room clean and comfy. Fridge with decent space for chilling water bottles. Only thing missing is a safe. That didn't bother us though. We walked from the hotel to the beach both days. 2 miles each way. Bus route around the corner but we wanted to walk. Plenty of supermarkets close by and eating places. There is a...

The breakfast had a variety of things to suit everyone.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in the space of 5 months and we love it! Rooms are huge and beds are extremely comfortable. A huge positive is location- right in the centre of the Arts and Sciences area and a few steps away from all the shopping you can do! Also buses stop outside or a short walk away. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

Just need USB sockets and USB instructions for the oven, as didn’t realise until 2 days in that the microwave is in built.

We stayed here for 5 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed it from the moment we arrived. The staff were thoughtful and helpful, always attentive without being overbearing. Our room was large, clean, very comfortable and stylish. The night we decided to have dinner in the restaurant it was a set menu only, but we were far from disappointed as the food was superb. Hotel was very central but also in a quiet area. Lots of good restaurants and bars very close but not a noisy area. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good with no queues for food. Coffee made to order. Would definitely recommend for a city break in the old town. xx

Everything was perfect! Very nice room. Very clean. Only a little problem with the hot water, you need to wait 5 mins till you have hot water.

All the staff we meet were very helpful and polite. We found this especially when one of our party had their wallet stolen including the room key. The staff were efficient and helpful which was very reassuring for us through a difficult time.
