In front of the house there is an area to eat or relax together. There is WLAN. The three bedrooms are all on the first floor, while one bathroom is on the ground floor and the second bathroom is on the first floor. The building ‘Corte Serraglio’ is located in the centre of the small and picturesque valley of the river Tione, surrounded by beech and oak woods. Er zijn nog enkele andere appartementen in deze verbouwde boerderij. De ontvangst en contact was vriendelijk en goed. Het appartement heeft een mooi, schaduwrijk terras. De kamers zijn functioneel ingericht en ruim. Wat wij erg prettig vonden en waarom we deze accommodatie ook kozen is de rustige ligging. En toch niet ver van het Gardameer of Verona. Het laatste stukje eigen weg naar de boerderij/appartement is overigens flink hobbelig, maar geen probleem als je rustig rijdt. Alles bij elkaar hebben we geweldig genoten van de tijd in Isodoro. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man hat alles, was man braucht (Wasserkocher, Bialetti, Pfannen, Töpfe, Spülmaschine usw.). Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Umgebung um das Häuschen ist sehr schön, aber man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da die Wege sehr weit sind. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat super funktioniert. Am Wochenende wird das kleine Restaurant gerne von italienischen Familien für Familienfeste genutzt. Der riesige gepflegte Rasen läd zum Fußballspielen ein. Auch unser kleiner Hund hatte seine Freude. Die großzügige Wohnung ist typisch eingerichtet mit moderner, ausreichend ausgestatteter Küche. Es gibt eine wunderschöne Terrasse sowie einen privaten Parkplatz. Nun 2 Mankos: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, die Geschossdecke ist lediglich eine Bretterlage, das muss man wissen. Wirklich gestört aber hat uns das so gut wie nicht vorhandene internet über wlan bei gleichzeitig fehlender Netzabdeckung. Dies erschwerte auch die Kommunikation vor Ort mit der (nur italienisch sprechenden) Betreuerin der Ferienwohnungen. Die sehr bemühte dt. Agentur versicherte uns im Nachhinein, dass das Internet- Problem mittlerweile aufgrund des Feedbacks anderer Gäste behoben wurde. Mit gutem Internet würde ich der Unterkunft aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses 5\* geben. ##### Birgit G. Das große Areal ist ideal für Kinder zum Toben. Wenn in den anderen FeWos auch Kinder sind bilden sich schnell Freundschaften. Es war auch möglich ein Plantschbecken bei der eigenen Terrasse aufzustellen. Zum Hof gehören ein paar Tiere (Ziegen, Esel, Kühe, ...) zu denen kann man immer an den Zaun und sie mit Gras füttern. Das Restaurant am Hof ist gut, immer gut gefüllt. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über Schotterwege, die Familienkutsche schafft das aber. Man braucht immer ein Auto, um wohin zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist groß (130qm) und besitzt 1 gr. moderne Küche, 2 Bäder, 1 gr. Wohnzimmer, 3 gleich große Schlafzimmer und eine schöne zum Garten gelegene Terrasse, auf der wir täglich entspannten und aßen. Viel Platz für eine große Familie! Alles war sauber und stilvoll (Rustico-Stil) eingerichtet. Es gibt 1 Geschirrspüler und 1 Waschmaschine. Das Corte Serraglio besteht aus 4 Wohnungen (Reihenhäuser), die an einem riesigen Innenhof liegen und einem kl. Restaurant (100m entfernt, 4 Tage/Wo. geöffnet, sehr gut besucht). Das Essen war lecker, die Preise angemessen. Man hört die Geräusche der Restaurantgäste, wir fühlten uns aber nie gestört und das Personal war sehr freundlich! Der Innenhof/ Garten wird von allen Gästen genutzt und ist durch die hübsche uralte ihn umgebende Steinmauer und 2 stets verschlossen gehaltene Tore komplett abgeschlossen (perfekt für Kinder). Unsere 3 Kinder (2-9 Jahre) haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt und dort gern gespielt. Wir haben sogar ein Planschbecken aufgebaut. (o: Um den Komplex herum befinden sich Spazierwege, Maisfelder, Wälder, Wiesen, ein Hof, ein kleines Flüsschen und ein Gehege (Esel, Ziegen, Gänse, Hund). Man urlaubt mitten in der Natur „in the middle of nowhere“ und die Anfahrt erfolgt die letzten 5 min. über einen schmalen Schotterweg (Start am Schild „Il Serraglio“ im winzigen Ort Rosolotti), den unser Navi nicht kannte. Wir empfanden das Corte Serraglio als kleines sehr idyllisch gelegenes Paradies. Die nächstgrößeren Städte Vallegio sul Mincio (20 min) und Verona (30 min) haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Zum Gardasee (Nähe Peschiera del Garda) sind es 20 min., zu den nächsten Supermärkten (Famila in Castelnuovo; Aldi/Lidl in Villafranca) 15 min. Der Gardasee, die Landschaft (Olivenhaine, Weinberge) und die Ausflugsziele in den Bergen sind wunderschön. Die Strände sind meist steinig, überwiegend privat geführt und Campingplatzgästen vorbehalten, jedoch finden sich in der Nähe auch schöne öffentl. Strände. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit der Fewo-Direkt verlief vor, während und nach dem Urlaub hervorragend. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Frau d’Alfonso Kluge war sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht, Buchung und Organisation so unkompliziert wie möglich zu gestalten. Auf Wunsch wurden uns sogar Gitterbett und Hochstuhl für unsere Tochter bereitgestellt. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! ##### Miriam L. Das rustikale Gebäude mit geschmackvollen Appartements hat einen großzügigen, begrünten und apart bepflanzten Innenhof, der neben der angenehmen Ruhe das Auge mit sattem Grün verwöhnt! Rund ums Corte sind viele Rad- und Wanderwege, so dass auch mal ein Ruhetag mit Aktivität verbunden werden kann. Weinberge sind dabei ein steter Augenschmauß. Vom Corte Serraglio aus sind viele, auch nahegelegene Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und bedeutenden Städten möglich. Was uns an dieser zumeist lieblichen Kulturlandschaft besonders anspricht sind das warme Licht, die herrlichen Weingegenden und in Städten die Fassaden- und Farbenvielfalt, eine wahre Pracht. Daher: Corte Serraglio und Umgebung sind absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man Natur und Stille bei großzügiger Wohnkultur liebt. ##### Gabriele M. Großzügig geschnittene und edle Wohnung, bestens ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt mit bequemen Betten und Weinumrankter Terrasse. Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit (die Nachtigall vor dem Fenster singen hören!) und dennoch alles in der Nähe, vom Supermarkt über den Badestrand in Peschiera, das romantische Örtchen Valeggio sul Mincio oder ein Tagesausflug nach Verona. Das hauseigene Hofrestaurant wartet mit den köstlichsten Speisen und hausgemachten Produkten auf, die Belegschaft freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Betreuung vor Ort absolut liebenswürdig.
