The hotel was really lovely. Very spacious rooms. Staff were super helpful. Pools need heating at this time of year but after the initial shock they were ok once you were in and kept moving! The Hotel booked a taxi for our arrival at Faro Airport and the driver was waiting for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lady & gentleman who were most hospitable and welcoming and told us about our room. My grandson and I were comfortable and the value for money was excellent !! If I have any requirements to stay in Faro again I would DEFINATELY choose this hotel. Very BIG compliments to the staff.
