"Location is perfect - ski in ski out, steps to everything in the village. Our room was a littel small but then again, we booked the cheapest room in the hotel. I'm sure there are upgrades available for a little more $$. Great terrace/restaurant overlooking the mountain. Room for improvement on the bathroom size and tv with screen mirrorinng option would be nice if you don't speak french well enough to follow French tv. BUT we didnt spend much time in our room so it wasn't big deal. Would stay there again."

"We had a lovely stay at this apartment for a week of skiing in Val Thorens. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of seven. The host, Chantal is very welcoming and gave us a full tour of the apartment when we arrived as well as giving us information about the resort and services like the bread delivery. The apartment is located below the main resort of Val Thorens just above car park no. 3. It’s very close to the piste (around 50 metres) and the bottom of the 2 Lacs lift so extremely convenient for getting on the slopes quickly in the morning. It takes 15 minutes or so to walk up the piste to get to the centre of VT for restaurants, shops etc.All in all we had a brilliant holiday. Thank you Chantal. "

"Apartment was perfect for us as a family of 5 with 2 children in the bunk beds, one on the sofa bed and us in the double room. Lots of storage space available, well equipped kitchen and very clean and tidy on arrival. Ski lockers for boots and skis were big enough for the whole family, a bit dated but that didn't bother us at all. The position of the apartment on the slopes for ski in-ski out was a huge positive for us, along with the balcony which looked out onto the pistes. It is a lovely, bright and sunny apartment - would thoroughly recommend. "

"I found the check in instructions were only released that morning of travelling , which is a little stressful when taking airports, transfers etc into consideration .A minimum of 48 hrs should be provided .Pascale always replied quickly but I wasn’t sure who was responsible for the appartment .Good location , newly refurbished .Would have liked soap in both bathrooms and bare essentials like salt, pepper, coffee in kitchen ."

"El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado. Se echaban de menos, sin embargo, lugares para colgar cosas. Al final es un apartamento de ski y a la vuelta de esquiar hay muchísimas ropa que colgar. El apartamento ganaría mucho añadiendo ganchos para colgar ropa etc (por ejemplo en el salon). Por otro lado el proceso de recogida de las llaves fue horrible. La agencia gestionó extremadamente mal la recogida de las llaves y estuvimos a punto de quedarnos la primera noche sin dormir. "
