    "I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There was hardly any staff available, and no one was there to assist us properly. We even had to carry all our luggage upstairs ourselves, as there was no staff to help. The room was extremely dirty — especially the floor. It was so unclean that I had to ask for slippers just to be able to walk inside the room. Instead of bringing them to my room, I was told to go down to the reception and collect them myself.
