The refrigerator was not working properly but not a big deal for us. I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff at reception has been very welcoming and helpful. The parking area at levels -1 to -4 should be controlled; cars are often parked without any respect for others, very unsafe. A leakage of fluids from few rotten pipes on the ceiling of level -1 has damaged the painting of our car; we informed the reception and we were offered free parking; since then, a notice has appeared on the wall to inform the customers that parking is forbidden in the area due to leakages and the hotel won’t take responsibility.
