"Greater variety (for English speaking channels) on TV, but everything else about the hotel by far out weighed such a miner irritation. The Staff are attentive and friendly, accommodation excellent, restaurant superb. We had a wonderful 4 days."

"One word sums it up; Perfect! Such a beautiful property in a stunning location.. The luxury of relaxing around the private pool was fabulous… Enjoying watching the sun set/rise, with a glass of wine or coffee, over the hilltops/mountains was breathtaking… taking in the view of Tourette’s which is lit up on an evening. Plenty to see and do including kayaking on the lake which isn’t too far away and horse riding taking in the picturesque landscape. Wasn’t too far by car to Monaco which was nice to see; although it was lovely to be back to our beautiful villa enjoying the tranquility. Two of our gang headed further still into Italy for a pizza! The host Valerie was very helpful/obliging during our stay.. even booking us a reservation at a lovely restaurant which she recommended along the river top. "

"The entire experience was A - professionally managed, courteous, responsive, considerate- the host and owner ensured that our booking, fact gathering, and actual stay exceeded our expectations. As someone who has stayed in hundreds of vacation rentals, things can understandably sometimes miss the understood property value or your host can be less patient with 'newbie' or accidental matters. The hosts were there for any questions - and we had them- and warmly tried to support our vacation with local advice and detailed help on managing the house. The house comes as advertised and is even more tranquil in the late afternoons and early evenings than understoood; it is an older design so the internal layout does not have a central room but the bedrooms are very comfortable, the kitchen well put together and appliances we used worked well and easy, and the highlight is the outside "central" covered veranda, we spent so much time there early and late as a family. The nearby villages come with outrageous charm and optionality for your interests. We found it hard to venture too far from the house and nearby villages as they were that perfect. I recommend them all for different reasons- dining, art, swimming, exploring/hiking, wandering. The element of the house location not fully depicted is the relationship to northern more mountainous villages. We visited the lower French Alps and some great outdoor and alpine cultures about 90 minutes through amazing gorges. "

"I didn’t like that our room had a malfunctioning toilet and wasn’t cleaned during our stay. We asked about repairing the toilet and put up a room tag on the room door to request cleaning but nothing was cleaned out toilet kept running."

"Lovely, well equipped house. We had a wonderful holiday here using it as a base to explore the Cote D’Azur. Christophe the owner responded to our queries and requests really quickly. House and pool are co- located within grounds of owners home. Saint Vallier de Thiey is a nice village in mountains. Lots of activities within an hours drive (both on coast and inland). "

"Fantastic stay! This home was absolutely ideal for our friends reunion. The place is located on a scenic property offering a lot of privacy, and consists of two houses that are next to each other, with plenty of space for dinner gatherings and outdoor activities. Great communication with the local property manager who made our stay seamless. Easy parking and quick drive to all major attractions in the area. Highly recommend!"

"The villa was very clean"

"Upgraded room to get balcony but when I got there, it was ground level room, no balcony. When I went to front desk to show receipt that I paid for balcony room, they told me that my patio area is the same thing. That’s not the same thing. Patio and balcony are too different things. If I wanted ground floor patio, I would have booked that. Besides, it’s not much of a patio area anyway, just more walk space to gate. Plus the bushes surrounding the area block any view. Pictures didn’t match the room that I uploaded to pay for. The area over all is nice considering how budget friendly it is and I’m sure the other rooms are nicer too but unfortunately I feel like I didn’t get what I thought I paid for. They put me in the worst room out of all of them."
