We always stay at the Lodge, but there are always little issues with the room. This time, the phone didn't work, and the pull out Murphy bed was broken at the back. The staff are always very nice and helpful. The hotel only offers room cleaning every other day, so we had to make our own bed and make an effort not to overfill the garbage. Very convenient location and overall a very nice hotel.

I would say it’s an Ok place but will not go back the building is pretty old and the pictures are better than the reality. Even in a room with a king bed the bathrooms are super tiny , everything is old and moldy I think it’s a bit overpriced , but in all the staff was friendly.

We loved the location and our room was perfect for our group of 6. It was a little hot with no AC but the fans and mountain air helped a lot. Wish the hot tub jets had been working. Fitness room was very nice. The staff was very responsive and helped us immediately with every request!

The staff is great and very accommodating. We were upgraded to a really nice room because we were celebrating a big anniversary and it wasn’t that crowded.The location cannot be beat. Right outside the hotel is Vail Village. The hotel was not very crowded and that might be because of mountain fires and the lack of rain in the area. The pool was heated the first day, but not the next day probably because it wasn’t crowded. Also, the pool bar didn’t open during the week. It would have been nice to have had a drink there. We will definitely return!
