Great stay! We had a little trouble getting in touch with the shuttle driver. No one was answering our calls and we were outside in Vail Village with a 5 month old baby. We were there in the offseason so staff was limited.
We really appreciated the shuttle bus and the hours. It was very helpful.

The property itself is in a beautiful area, love the shuttle to and from vail village. The front desk staff was amazing!! Anytime we needed anything or just checking in they were fantastic! The pool is beautiful, however the night we went to use it there was only one other person there but there was trash everywhere, empty alcohol cans, cups and just lots of trash and used towels all over the chairs. It was pretty late at night 8:00 and empty so not sure why it was such a mess then a bear came into the pool area to eat all the trash and we had to rush out! Maybe if it had been cleaned up and the trash taken out before dusk the bear wouldn’t have been enticed into the pool area. We went back to the pool in the morning and it was all clean and nice. The carpet in the hallways was very dirty with debris. The room we stayed in was very nice just showing lots of wear and tear. The night stand had green electrical tape holding the outlet on, Overall we had a wonderful time just expected a bit more from a grand Hyatt and the price we paid for the night.

The property definitely needs renovation! Furniture was scratched. Window coverings were starting to shred. Window to room would not open and no crank to open it. Cushions on couch were worn. Movie theatre only open limited nights. Workout room needs renovation as well and more space. Room was clean and the staff very helpful. Heat and Air needs to be redirected. It blows at occupants head all night long.
The room just didn’t get cleaned one day and had to remind the housekeeping staff. The pool area was a dirty mess by day end. For a big holiday weekend I would have expected entertainment but it was not there.

Overall, our stay was just okay.we have stayed here multiple times and it just seems they went cheap on everything now. The property has potential, but it feels like the grounds and amenities could use more attention.
The pool area appeared to be neglected, with lounge chairs sitting in dirt rather than being properly maintained. The hot tub was noticeably low on water, and although we reported it to the front desk multiple times, the issue was never addressed during our stay.
One of the advertised evening activities, the s’mores, never took place, and none of the staff members we asked seemed to know if or when it was happening. Staying Monday through Thursday, it felt like many of the employees were either understaffed or not adequately trained to handle guest questions or concerns.
On top of that, the prices throughout the property were quite high for the level of service and overall experience we received. Unfortunately, because of these issues, we don’t plan on returning.
Definitivamente la mejor opcion de hotel en todo Vail! Es el unico hotel que tiene una vista tan cercana al rio y a la montaña y puedas disfrutarla desde el lobby.
Got there early but we got a room. Very helpful front desk. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was full of kids so if you have your family, then this would be great. Gore river trail was literally next to the room. Parking at $55/day is a little high during the summer but knew it going in.
Our room was clean, the bed and bedding were comfortable, it had a lovely alcove sitting area overlooking the mountain and creek. Amenities were enjoyable. We particularily enjoyed yoga & sound meditation classes. The onsite restruant was exceptional.
The room and amenities were great! Hot tube and pool heated and my kid enjoyed both. Free shuttle to the village is really convenient. Good breakfast options. Big kudos to Tracy for yoga and helping with my lower back!
Fabulous river front resort, away from the main village so private, peaceful, and great place for a romantic weekend. The makoto restaurant on site is a must visit, it was exceptional.
We have been here many times, but this time the refrigerator- was not working, we reported it, because we had medication that needed some specific temperatures- the management never got back to us. We had to get ice and keep the medication in a cooler.
