The 40 m² studio apartment with south-facing loggia offers wonderful views of the Mettertal. There is a double bed and a convertible bed for one guest. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, microwave with grill function, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, egg cooker, toaster, and plenty of dishes and cookware. The bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer is easily accessible. TV, Wi-Fi, bed linen, hand and dish towels are included. Washing machine and dryer can be used on request. Public parking is available in front of the house, along the street, or in the courtyard.

The quietly located accommodation offers excellent public transport connections and is perfect for relaxation. Nearby, you can visit attractions like Maulbronn Monastery and Tripsdrill amusement park. Shopping options such as Penny, Netto, and Edeka are 4–6 km away. You will find restaurants at Rebstock, Hotel Lamm Horrheim, Pizzeria Da Enzo in Schützingen, and in Zaisersweiher.
