We note your comments. Regrettably if you had read the booking confirmation and lodge Compendium, we suggest that you would not have had these issues. Susan has had hundreds of five-star ratings from guests over the last five years. Please note: 1. On the booking confirmation, Susan made it clear that you had requested accommodation for four adults, and accordingly she had booked 2 Adults per bedroom, and stated 2 queen rooms on the booking confirmation sent to you. Pricing was based on this booking confirmation. She also noted that the third bedroom would be locked, as it was not booked. You had the booking confirmation well before your arrival and had ample time to make any enquiries and time to change/correct the booking. The booking details were confirmed twice before your arrival. You only raised the issue of requiring extra beds after your arrival. The immediate string of text messages to Susan, after your arrival, were all answered within five minutes of each text. She arranged for the extra beds to be immediately made available. NOTE: Extra beds are always charged for – like any accommodation venue – as extra cleaning fees and linen must be covered. 2. With regards to the air conditioners and bedroom heaters, they are tied to a simple twelve (12) hour timer near the kitchen. This function is clearly displayed on a sign next to the timer button and also in the house compendium on the living room coffee table. May we suggest that if you had read either, you would not have had an issue. 3. No Wi-FI. As we are 40 km in the bush, internet is an issue and this was clearly indicated in all our communications and on our booking sites. We noted that Telstra does work, but Optus and Vodafone signals can be weak. 4. The lodge was fully cleaned before your arrival. There is a full-size broom near the kitchen and brush pan/brush under the sink. Both covered in the house compendium on the living room coffee table.
