About this property
Pool villa
- Recently built house with approximately 100m² of living space, comprising 4 bedrooms (4 double beds), a shower room, 1 WC, and a fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room. You also have a terrace adjoining a swimming pool and a garden of approximately 1000m². Air conditioning throughout the house. The property is located in the commune of Uzer, with many activities to enjoy nearby, including rivers. We are between Aubenas and Ruoms, close to amenities. The property is fully enclosed and private. We provide the necessary equipment for young children (high chair, changing table, travel cot, etc.) upon request and as an optional extra. Linen (sheets and towels) is also available for an additional fee. The house is available from June for a minimum of two nights and from July to August for a minimum of four nights.
