Very good service and cheerful receptionist. Room was clean and tidy and ensuite was excellent. Parking was excellent underground. The hotel is situated next to a park with a chemist across the road and a Mercadona nearby.

Brief stopover

We had a brief stopover at this nice hotel. Excellent service at check in and good service in the restaurant. We were upgraded to a suite which was large, very clean but a bit soulless. Sadly, the bed, although large, was so hard it was like sleeping on a bench.

Good property and located near amenities. 20 mins drive from Zaragoza. The rooms are ok with basic facilities. No water or tea in rooms. Sauna was ok and gym was very basic.

Great Hotel but rooms are small. No microwave in rooms or lobby. No coffee in rooms or lobby. Staff and cleaning ladies were great. Only encounter a problem with a phone call from a spanish friend and they wouldn't to my room and he new my room number and name. If it's a privacy act then why have a phone in room. Also no computer services to use. They have room for a couple with printers. Utebos a nice town and has great people and train service to Zaragoza. We will be back.

Hotel is in a very quiet area with very less people around. We stayed only for the night and left early in the morning. Good hotel for a stop but better options are available near Zaragoza - this is like 20 minutes drive from there

La verdad que todo a sido impecable. Las camas super cómodas y los cojines también.el baño es amplio y cómodo con bidet y la ducha espaciosa, el baño dispone de secador y gel de baño y champoo además de crema corporal.. Hotel tranquilo. El desayuno es correcto, tiene lo necesario para hacer un buen desayuno de calidad. Él personal amable. Disponen de maquinas expendedoras de bebidas. Él hotel se sitúa al lado del Mercadona y está a a dos pasos del centro de Utebo. Volvería a repetir sin lugar a dudas.
