Not worth the money we paid

We had to change our room as we found a cockroach walking on the furniture towards a plate with food. In the next room we found spiders and the sink was cracked. The food and its variety at the breakfast refers to a 3 star hotel. A plus for kids animators

Fajny hotel

Duży hotel, przyjazny rodzinom z dziećmi, wiele atrakcji dla maluchów. Pary i single mogą trochę być zmęczeni ilością dzieci. Piękna okolica i widoki, myślę że wiosną i latem szczególnie będzie to urokliwe. Niezły basen, małe jakuzzi, dobrze nagrzana sauna.Śniadania typowe, bez rewelacji, ale nie można narzekać. Bardzo dobre dania serwowane w restauracji. Personel się stara i reaguje na uwagi. Minusem jest brak kosmetyków, np.żeul do kąpieli na cały pobyt, a tylko na powitanie, w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu to dziwne.

Nie przyjeżdżaj przed remontem hotelu **** !!!

Ogólnie pozytywnie. Jedzenie, SPA, basen i fitness club ok, ale stan 4 gwiazdkowej części hotelowej tragiczny. Termostat od kaloryfera odpadł, lampka nocna poraziła mnie prądem, drzwi kabiny prysznicowej ledwo wiszące.

Brak klimatyzacji w czterogwiazdkowym hotelu! W pokoju brak husteczek ,a wydawać się mogło że to oczywiste . Szlafroki na basen nie dość że w opłakanym stanie to jeszcze nie można wypożyczyć za kaucją tylko płacisz i to nie tanio. Kto daje te gwiazdki?

Basen niezbyt duży i bardzo głęboki - na całej powierzchni 166 cm (poza brodzikiem dla dzieci). Długi proces meldowania, doba hotelowa rozpoczyna się o godz. 16:00. Na śniadaniu trudno znaleźć wolny stolik, obsługa nie nadąża z ich sprzątaniem. Sprzątanie pokoju polegało tylko na wyrzuceniu śmieci - nawet łóżka nie zostały zaścielone. Balkon duży ale oddzielony od innych tylko szybą, co nie daje nam prywatności.

Ankom til Hotellet, som var booket med Panorama Udsigt, men udsigten bestod af udsyn til en Betonvæg samt Parkerings plads.Værelserne var ikke rene, skadedyr på værelserne.Personalet kunne ikke Engelsk, dog fik de fat i en mannager, som kunne lidt gebrokkent Engelsk.

Udany weekend we dwoje

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt zarówno na wypad we dwoje jak i z rodziną. Wygodny, ładnie urządzony, czysty pokój, przyjemne spa, również zachowana czystość. Bardzo dobrze wygłuszony pokój - pomimo imprezy w restauracji i pokoju na parterze, nie dochodziły do nas hałasy. Bardzo ładna lokalizacja z widokiem, zaraz obok pijalnia wody i dom zdrojowy więc jak nie ma śniegu można spędzić czas na uzdrawianiu ;). Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania regionu - Wisła, Szczyrk, Cieszyn, Żywiec. Gorąco polecam.

Reklamacja

Zarezerwowany miałem pokój Panoramic dla 2 os. na 1 noc. Niestety, pokój nie był adekwatny do standardu hotelu 4*, mianowicie w łazience w rogu kabiny prysznicowej znajdowała się pleśń, w pokoju brakowało wyposażenia dla drugiej osoby (jedna filiżanka), materac był zbyt duży w stosunku do stelażu łóżka co powodowało iż frontowa deska nie była przymocowana do łóżka a była jedynie o nie oparta, wbrew opisowi pokoju brakowało minibarku (była pusta szafka) natomiast w hotelu Diament 3* minibarek był na wyposażeniu pokoju. Byliśmy w innych hotelach sieci Diament i nie mieliśmy żadnych zastrzeżeń co do pokoju/hotelu. W tym przypadku przy wymeldowaniu złożyliśmy pisemną reklamację.

Pretty good location if you like to be in the nature, surrounded by Mountains. Very good breakfast and serviceminded personell. Only disappointment there was no aircondition. The room became pretty hot

Everything was okay expect 2nd day when I went back to my room, it looked like someone was in my room but no room service was done. They did offer an upgrade free of charge after I spoke to them which was nice touch....
