Only half size thin curtains so once the sun is up the room is bathed in sunshine and very difficult to get back to sleep.

The bad point - it took over 45 minutes to check-in. Considering I had pre-booked, I was forced to join a very slow moving queue of other pre-booked people. In this modern era, this was a masterclass in how not to check people in quickly and efficiently. The good point - On arrival in the breakfast room (I am disabled so walk badly even with my walking stick), a member of your staff quickly made himself known to me and very ably fetched food and drink for me which I would have found challenging. The breakfast was good too, especially the bacon and eggs. So well-done your staff member for excellent service.

The location is quite convenient (close to the train station) and has a beautiful view from my room. There is no a/c.The cleaning service did not show up every day (same towels for the whole stay), but the staff was very friendly, and a very good breakfast!

A pleasant break.
The hotel was very good value for the money. The room was clean and in a good state of repair. The maid did her job properly. Breakfast was fine with a range of things on offer. I will go back again next year. Usti nad labem is an industrial town but if you know where to look. Plenty of places to visit around the area. Tisa being one such place.

Cheap and Cheerful
This hotel is the tallest building in town and is bright blue so you shouldn't get lost. Its just a few minutes from the main rail station so convenient for connections around the Czech Republic and Germany (reason I selected it). Other reviewers are right that Usti has limited attractions but that's hardly the Hotel's fault. When I arrived there were plenty of guests checking in and the staff were rather frazzled but still helpful. The room and the hotel in general was quite shabby but with good value rates I think it offered great value.

Nothing really to do in the area. Can be explored in one day. The hotel was under construction. No complaints about the actual room. We were awakened at 9 am to hammering and drilling. This would have been fine if i knew there was this much construction but i wasn’t notified. I️ forgot to get pictures because we were rushed out but this is the lobby

Ikke rare omgivelser
Hotellet er en oplevelse! Som en tur tilbage til det gamle Østeuropa, blot fornyet med vakkelvorne billige møbler. Hotellet ligger i bymidten og de umiddelbare omgivelser er præget af fulde, højtråbende mennesker. Vores første oplevelse, da vi trådte ud af hotellet efter indtjekning, var et par det skændtes meget højlydt og og sloges voldsomt, masser af politi og virkelig dårlig stemning. Vi ankom sent på eftermiddagen efter en lang køretur, så vi endte med at overnatte, men kørte tidligt næste morgen selvom vi havde betalt for to overnatninger.

E bike Tour von Prag nach Dresden
Übernachtung als Teil unser Radtour von Prag nach Dresden im Interhotel gebucht. Hab beim buchen mich vertan. Einen Tag zu zeitig gebucht. Durch die freundlixhe Dame an der Rezeptipn aber problemlos korrigiert. Frühstück top und Zimmer sauber . Ebikes im separaten abstellraum geladen und sicher untergestellt. Gerne wieder.

Pokoje jsou pohodlné, vše čisté. Údržbář je trochu nevšímavý a drobné závady kazí dojem z hotelu. Snídaně bezvadná. Velkou výhodou je parkování v hotelové garáži.

Günstig mit Top-Ausblick
Es handelt sich um ein teilsaniertes (die Tiefgarage steht wohl noch aus) Hotel aus den 70er Jahren. Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstückbüffett reichhaltig, die Betten bequem. Aus dem 7. OG hatte man einen wundervollen Ausblick auf die von Bergen umgebene Stadt und die Berge.
