"The hotel is well presented, but there are a few things I would like to mention.
The soundproofing was very poor—we could hear people at the end of the corridor, as well as in the rooms next to us.
Reception did not make any effort to contact us, despite the fact that we didn’t check in on the first day due to our flight being cancelled. There were also no upgrade offers, even though the hotel did not appear to be very busy.
The only aspect that worked well was housekeeping—consistently friendly and efficient throughout our stay.
My recommendation would be to stay at a hotel chain run by a Western brand."

"This was my second time staying at Titanic City Taksim, and it was just as wonderful as my first visit. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my time there. The breakfast was also a highlight. There was a great variety of fresh options, and it was a perfect way to start each day.
One thing that’s especially important to me is cleanliness, and the room absolutely met my expectations. Everything felt well maintained and spotless, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The location is another major plus. It’s within walking distance in both directions to so many fun things to do, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. I would highly recommend Titanic City Taksim and would happily stay there again."
