  • The tastefully furnished guest apartment offers you a comfortable holiday destination and is located in the heart of the city of Usedom. All shops are located in the immediate vicinity (bakers, Aldi, Netto). A savings bank, Volksbank and pharmacy are within easy walking distance. The bus stop with the daily bus connections to the seaside resorts is 500 meters away. The golf course Balmer See is 15 minutes to the Baltic Sea beaches about 30 minutes by car.

    The 55 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-family house and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living, sleeping and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a daylight bathroom. As Aufbettungsmöglichkeit is in the living room a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd and 4. Person. Ideal for 2 children. Also there is a LED TV SAT and a SONOS box. Wi-Fi access is available. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, hairdryer and towels. The exclusive kitchen consists of ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, separate fridge-freezer and a washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed (linen included) and a large closet. From there you have direct access to the private terrace (completion spring 2019). The spacious community garden can be shared, a barbecue is available there. On-site parking is planned, bicycles can already be placed.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet...lässt keine Wünsche offen! Die Vermieterin und Familie sind sympatisch, offen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir fanden auch die Lage optimal für uns.... ruhig, aber Bäcker, Lebensmittel, gemütliche Gaststätte nahe bei, und nur 20 min mit Auto in die Seebäder... wir können und wollen uns nur lobend äußern.

Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Ort gibt nicht viel her aber man kann ja mit dem Auto überall hinfahren.

Wir haben fünf Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet und die Küche komplett ausgestattet (hier hat wirklich nichts gefehlt!). Alles ist sehr sauber und die Gastgeber nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Parkplatz am Haus und ein Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Diverse Fahrradtouren können direkt von hier gestartet werden. Klare Empfehlung für weitere Aufenthalte auf Usedom, wenn man nicht ausschließlich am Strand liegen will.

Ideale Unterkunft im angenehm Ruhigen Usedom

Wer den Trubel direkt an der Ostseeküste nicht so mag, der findet hier eine wunderbare Bleibe im kleinen Städtchen Usedom. Die Lage ist perfekt - nur ein paar Meter zum Marktplatz mit Bäcker und nicht viel weiter zum Hafen, wo man am frühen Abend klasse bei einem Getränk draußen sitzen kann. Mit dem Fahrrad lässt sich die Umgebung hervorragend erkunden und mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit zu den Kaiserbädern. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten, aber komplett renovierten, Haus in der "Stadt" Usedom und ist ebenfalls perfekt renoviert. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen - alles ist da. Es gibt eine kleine Terasse, die immer Schatten hat, sodass man auch bei Sonnenschein draußen sitzen kann und der Garten mit Laube und Grill kann mit genutzt werden. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Ein Highlight war auf jeden Fall der gemeinsame Grillabend, zu dem wir eingeladen wurden. Viel besser kann eine Ferienunterkunft gar nicht sein.

Super, diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach der hit, haben so eine Ausstattung selten gesehen (Gefrierschrank, Sauna, usw, ) Es war einfach alles da. Wir können sie hundertprozentig weiterempfelen. Auch die Vermieterin war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.

Entspannung pur

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Stadt Oase sehr genossen. Die ruhige Lage als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Radtouren war für uns perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Unsere Vermieter waren super nett und immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Tolle Vermietung

Besten Dank für schöne und entspannte Tage bei Bettina Kaiser und ihrer Familie. Meine Tochter und ich hatten einen sehr entspannten Kurzurlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man nur brauchen könnte und vor allem ruhig gelegen. schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern und Nachbarn

Bei der Ankunft selbst war die Vermieterin nicht anwesend, dafür hat uns der nette Nachbar rumgeführt und eine schöne Badestelle am Achterwasser gezeigt. Die Vermieter wohnen über der Ferienwohnung, sind herzlich und man hat sich zu jeder Zeit willkommen gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Beste - Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden ohne Aufpreis gestellt und muss man nicht selbst mitbringen, so wie wir es von anderen Ferienwohnungen gewöhnt sind.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Größe und war in ihrer Sauberkeit unübertroffen. Die Küche sowie alle anderen Räumlichkeiten waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Handtücher, Bettwäsche sowie extra Saunahandtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl waren auch vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich, zuvorkommend und schnell erreichbar. Die Übergabe bei Check in und Check out war unkompliziert. Wir können die Ferienunterkunft als Ausgangslage für einen Urlaub auf der Insel Usedom sehr empfehlen.

Wunderbar

Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich schön. Die Vermieter im selben Haus sind sehr nett. Einkaufen ist in der Nähe möglich. Der Bäcker ist um die Ecke. Will man im hinterland radeln oder Ausflüge machen perfekt. Will man die Tage ausschließlich am Strand verbringen muss man wissen dass man dann erst das Auto bewegen muss. Wir Können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist herrlich ruhig und Erholung garantiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind mit der Unterkunft mehr als zufrieden und können sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. - Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Checkin verlief reibungslos, es war auch kein Problem dass wir auf Grund von Stau später als verabredet ankamen. - Die Wohnung ist modern unf geschmackvoll eingerichtet, toll geschnitten. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung war super (sogar Waschmaschine, Backofen, Spülmaschine). Auch die Terasse konnte man gut nutzen. - Die Lage war etwas abseits, Usedom-Stadt bietet selbst nicht viel (außer eine wunderschöne Landschaft drum herum, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,...)aber alle Tourismusziele sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Sehr schöne Wohnung, toller Kontakt

Vor Ankunft wurde und bereits mitgeteilt, dass die beschriebene Terrasse noch nicht fertig ist. Sogleich wurde uns jedoch angeboten die Terrasse der Vermieter mitzunutzen sowie ein Mietnachlass angeboten. Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt, der Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Zur Begrüßung standen in der Wohnung frisches Obst, Säfte, Wasser und Blumen. Die Wohnung ist sehr umfangreich und hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Da sie im selben Haus wohnen traf man sich gelegentlich auf dem Hof oder im Hausgang. Es wurde sich regelmässig nach der Zufriedenheit erkundigte und man erhielt tolle Tipps zum Essengehen, ruhige Stellen zum Baden, für Ausflüge etc. Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine sehr schöne Lage und wir konnten viele Punkte mit dem Fahrrad ansteuern. Rundherum war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Stadtoase - Name als Programm

Sehr netter, fast schon familiärer Kontakt, sehr entspanntes Verhältnis zu den Dauermietern (Gartennutzung). Zum Empfang gab es frische Blümchen, eine Flasche Wasser und Apfelsaft aus eigenen Früchten. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, auf Nachfragen zu vermissten Kleinigkeiten oder zum etwas holprigen TV-Empfang wurde sofort reagiert und nachgeliefert/repariert. Sehr gute Lage zwischen Kirche und Hafen, Abends hört man außer gelegentlichen Autos nur die Frösche der umliegenden Feuchtwiesen. Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung gibt es coronabedingt derzeit nicht wirklich. Den Restaurantempfehlungen (jeweils ca. 5-10 Autominuten entfernt) von Famile Kaiser kann man durchweg folgen. Bei höheren Ansprüchen bleibt nur die etwas längere Fahrt in die Seebäder. Demnach aus unserer Sicht für zwei Personen die beste Wahl für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Usedom.
