"Setting was lovely as were the staff. The food was very good but the room was very basic. Very small, no chair and nowhere to put luggage, only on the floor which was difficult and a trip hazard. Our outside space was great but our room was under the kitchen which was very noisy. Overall way too expensive for what we got."

"We loved having a 3 bedroom suite with a living area and private baths for all. So nice to be all together yet in our own space, The food was good and the service was too! Unfortunately the property isn't licensed. That's the only hesitation I would have on returning."

Hij heeft ons geholpen bij het organiseren van een safari-activiteit en zelfs gezorgd voor een verjaardagstaart voor de verjaardag van mijn vrouw. Eneste minus var badeværelset, som var uden afskærmet brusekabine og bestemt ikke lever op til standarden for et godt hotel. Hotellet har god beliggenhed helt ned til havet, og stranden er dejlig og umiddelbart mindre turistet end andre steder på Zanzibar. "

"This is a lovely quiet each front hotel, we stepped from our door onto the sand. Roo.s are good and the staff were wonderful! We stayed in four hotels in zanzibar, the staff here are exceptional, very attentive and friendly. Hotel even supprised us with a free trip to the 'rock resaurant' and star fish beach! We would stay again in a heart beat..."

"This is my second time staying at Meliá, and it won’t be my last. It’s not only because the hotel and grounds are beautiful. It’s the staff, they are exceptional, they’re the most friendly, smiley, professional and provide amazing service. Every room is cleaned twice a day and I’ve left valuables lying around and everything has always been safe. My only complaint this time was that there was no working light in the shower but other than that everything was 10/10."
