Ceyda was especially friendly and helpful. She was quick to offer many helpful tips. The place has a very local feel and I loved getting to know the town and all its pleasures. The smiles will be remembered.

I have arrived at 8:45 pm and the reception was closed. The host, asked my name from upstairs and wasn’t very welcoming. The room was well maintained but in case of emergency there was no one to call to. I have experienced unnatural presence

ユルギュプの洞窟ホテルです。今回の旅の目的であった気球はギョレメから飛んだのですが、下調べ不足で、ギョレメからは少し離れたユルギュプのこちらでお世話になることになりました。ギョレメじゃなかったこともあり、日本人観光客と会うこともあまりなく、非日常がより味わえた気がします。スタッフの方はとても丁寧に色んなことに対応してくださいました。 一点戸惑ったのはシャワーです。洗面台の蛇口は水・お湯の表示が色で示してあったのですが、シャワーの方はなく、しばらく水しか出ないのでとても焦りました。ただ、しっかり待てばお湯が出てくれたので、良かったです。 あと、カッパドキアの夏は寒暖差が激しく、昼はイスタンブールよりも暑く、夜はそこそこ冷えました。洞窟ホテルというだけあって、室内の温度の変化はほとんどなかったと思います。昼間歩き回るとだいぶ体内に熱が籠るのですが、室内はぬるい温度で、冷房設備がなかったのが、すこししんどかったです。テラスの日陰が涼しくて、テラスがあって助かりました。 最後になんといってもこの宿は猫がとても可愛かったです。ただ、朝ごはんをテラスで食べていると狙われるので気をつけてください。

Otelin manzarası, işletme sahipleri ve çalışan abla çok samimilerdi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Kedilerden dolayı kahvaltıyı odada yapmayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Saldırgan değiller ancak çok meraklılar 🙂

オーナーが尽力してくれた。 カッパドキアでの観光はあまりよく計画を立てられていなかったのだが、ここのオーナーは手配について何から何までやってくれて助かった。ナイトショーやカッパドキアのタクシーツアーなど。可愛い猫も出迎えてくれる。 サービスが特に良かったのでチップを出しましたが、出す価値は十分にあった。

Güzel mekan

Otel güzel beklentiyi karsıladı. Otele giris yaptigim sırada otel el degistiriyordu. Yeni sahiplerinin ilk konugu olduk. Çok cana yakın misafir perver insanlar sürekli birseyiniz eksik mi yapabilecegimiz bir sey varmi diye sürekli sordular. Eski sahiplerinden kalma bazı eksiklikler var onları zaman ile halledeceklerine inanıyorum.

Otelden ziyade bir tanıdığınıza misafirliğe gitmişsiniz gibi hissettiren bir yer. Biz beğendik, bir daha gitsem yine düşünmeden bu otelde kalırım. Temizlik olabildiğince yeterli, kahvaltı da keza öyle. Bölgenin fiziki yapısından dolayı araç parkı biraz problem. Ama ben 250-300 metre yürürüm problem olmaz derseniz araç parkı gibi bir probleminiz de olmaz.

Rezervasyon sonrası aradım. Sevindim. İlgili olacaklarını düşündüm. Ancak otele girince küçük bir bahçe mevcut. Hemen sonrası odaya giriş. Demirkapı anahtarı zorlukla açıyor. İçeri girdigimde tanıtım resimlerinde anladığım oda yok. Family suit deniyor ayrı oturma odası deniyor. Ancak hepsi minyatür. Yok böyle bir şey. Oda soğuk. Çocukların hasta olmasından korktum. Konum fena değil. Odada telefonlar çekmiyor. WiFi çekmiyor. Çıkıp oturabileceğiniz bir alan yok. 3 gün parasını peşin ödememe rağmen 1 gün kalabildim. ayrılıp başka otele geçtim. Param geri ödenmedi. 2 gün iptal ettim. Bari 1 günü geri ödeyin dedim ama kabul edilmedi. 2 günlük ücretim boşa gitti. Yinede otelden ayrılıp başka otele geçtim.

Konaklama bolgesi cok guzeldi.elbette bir uchisar degil ama Urgup de gayet guzel gezmek icin,hatta diger bolgelere gore daha sakin daha huzurlu. Kendi aracinizla geliyorsaniz konaklamak icin Urgupu secebilirsiniz.Otelin konumu cok iyiydi.Otel ile ilgili en guzel sey banyosu ve yeriydi.Otel bir evden son anda hotele donusmus sanirim.Kahvaltisi malesef cok vasatti.Calisan ablanin guler yuzu hos sohbeti adina gidiyorduk kahvaltiya sadece. Hep hazir urun ve yetersiz. Internet cekmiyor, otelin ortak dinlenme alani neredeyse yok, biraz da odalarin ses sorunu var disarinin sesi komple odada.Ama herseye ragmen otel sahibi ve calisanlar muthis sevecendi.
