Country House Il Biroccio was established in 2003 after the careful renovation of an old farmhouse located 15 km from the historic centre of Urbino (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Wild land, hills and cultivated fields as far as the eye can see allow guests a totally relaxing stay and total immersion in nature. There are no roads or cars, no smog and no noise, and the nearest town is 10 km away.

The Country House houses 7 flats of various sizes. There is a panoramic swimming pool, plenty of outdoor space and a barbecue at guests' disposal.
No persons other than guests of the facility are allowed in the pool.

The CAPRIOLO annexe is an independent cottage for 2 people located opposite the main farmhouse and consists of a bedroom with bathroom, a living area with kitchenette, table, chairs, sideboard, sofa and WI.FI air conditioning.
Private outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs, shaded by 2 mulberry trees, fenced, also suitable for guests travelling with dogs.

Dogs of all sizes are accepted and there is no breed discrimination.

The property is 15 km from the historic centre of Urbino, and to reach it it is essential to be in possession of your own means of transport.

A minimum booking of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday is required.

The nearest supermarket is 10 km away and we recommend that you do your shopping before arriving at your destination.

Occasional dinners are organised.

To reach the property you must drive 1.5 km along a country road.
