"Our room was located on the third floor and there was no lift in the part of the hotel where our room was located. Not good for my 83 year old Grandma Our room was booked for 3 people but was only set up for 2 people The room was advertised to have a safe but there was no safe in the room No shower caps/ other amenities in the room Much below standard compared to other Radisson hotels I have stayed in"

"Beautiful wee place above a pub. The food in the pub was amazing. Would go again just for the food. Staff very friendly. No parking at the hotel. Only a few minutes away by car but a steep hill back up to the hotel with bags. Overall loved it"

"Good value for a hotel within easy walking distance of the city centre. Quite a spacious room, but no drawers or cupboards. Some rooms face the ring road but ear plugs get rid of the traffic noise."

"The lift was out of use which was not ideal. My guest struggles to walk after smashing her ankle last May and we were on the top floor. The receptionist did move us to floor two but we arrived Friday and left Sunday - but the lift was still out of order. The rooms were clean. And breakfast was good. "

"The room was clean but small, particularly as it was for 3 people. Luckily only two of us but still very tight. No water in the room, no room service for the price we paid I would expect more from it! The breakfast was poor and very basic but Very nice hotel grounds and surroundings. No lift which is difficult if you have lots of bags and are on upper floors."
