They said she's busy with meetings and could take 3 days. I said I'd be calling tomorrow. Hopefully this should be sorted out." Male staff member was much friendlier than the female and actually brought the luggage trolley up for me. I did ask for it . And again, they stood behind the desk and proceeded to watch me make a fool out of myself trying to get through the doors with an over loaded trolley..
