Stunning Views, Farm location. Remutaka cycle trail
- Immediately adjacent to the Remutaka Cycle Trail and bridleways this cottage built in 2016 is the ideal place to stay to explore the local area, whether by bike, horse or on foot. This is a small farmstay that has horses, free range chickens and bee hives.
Listen to the birdsong, sit and relax on the deck and watch the beautiful sunsets over the Rimutaka Ranges. Sit by the cosy log fire in the winter evenings and look out at the snow capped mountains. We can add additional touches if you are staying for a special occasion.
10 mins from Upper Hutt where there are parks and swimming pools, bars restaurants and a cinema. Close to Kaitoke Regional park where there are fishing spots and water holes. 5 mins from the local golf club, rifle range and stock car racing.
Great for a weekend away in the quiet of the countryside and only 40mins from Wellington CBD.
No smoking permitted in the cottage or the surrounding area.
