"Very quiet hotel, perfect location to catch tram to manchester. Breakfast was first class and serving staff were amazing. Room itself was good but needs modernisation, clean but not spotless. We returned to the hotel at 11pm and went to the bar for a drink. Unfortunately the lady serving was not very friendly. And came across as very abrasive. I felt as though us just being there was an inconvenience to her."
