In 2021, our country house, Lüttje Nüst, will be ready to welcome its first guests following a complete renovation. Look forward to a modern and contemporary holiday home with a living area of approximately 120 square metres, located near the North Sea coast (Norden and Norddeich). Our house has been furnished with great attention to detail and can accommodate up to 4 people; a baby cot and high chair are also available. A carport and two additional parking spaces are included with the country house. There is also a secure area for storing bicycles. On a covered outdoor terrace, you can comfortably wind down the evening with a glass of wine or beer (barbecue facilities are, of course, available). On the ground floor, a large, bright, and fully equipped new kitchen awaits you. A large dining table with modern seating is adjacent to the kitchen. The main bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a walk-in shower and a modern sink. The open-concept living room features a stylish couch and a large flat-screen TV. A separate bathroom is located in the entryway to the holiday home. The upper floor also features another bathroom as well as two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. You are welcome to book bed linens and towels in advance of your arrival. Enjoy a relaxing stay at Landhaus Lüttje Nüst. The holiday home is located near Marienhafe and about 14 km from the North Sea and the beach in Norddeich. The fenced-in property surrounding the house offers space for the kids to play or simply to unwind.
