"I stayed in the Kai tower, the beds were super comfortable and the room was spacious. Staff was super friendly and the place was spotless. Multiple pools and hot tubs. No need to pay extra for a cabana by the pool was a big plus. Food and drinks at the pool cafe hit the spot. Live music at night was a plus. Conveniently located too. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and the beach!"

"We loved our stay! The building is a bit old/outdated but the property and our room was clean and nice. The pool is huge, and was not crowded at all during our stay. They have umbrellas for every couple of chairs so easy to get shade too, which is nice. The breakfast was okay… buffet was kinda weak but you can order from the cafe which had better/fresher options. There is guest laundry you can use, be sure to bring detergent. We had no issues with availability but the hotel was not very crowded so that helped. Great location, and staff was very friendly, especially at the bar & cafe near the pool."

"we thought we were getting a renovated room, that was not the case. the furniture in the room is beat to death. bed was fine. table, dresser and night stands looked like they got them at garage sales, really beat. walls behind the table were all gouged and patched. for $340 bucks a night I think they should have a nicer room."
