I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

We have multiple rooms for our privacy. We also have a nice view and it's a non-smoking area. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Everything we need, we have it. It's very comfy! Staff were very friendly, very professionals. All the tourist spots are walking distance. We get to enjoy walking. Weather is good too!
