"We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, and found it was a great place to explore the Picos de Europa and surrounding area. October was a great time to come, warm but not too hot to walk in the mountains. Some lovely furniture and touches, such as a record player, excellent quality kitchen equipment and artwork add to the great character and ambiance. "This property was a fantastic base to explore Comillas and the surrounding areas of Cantabria. You can be on the beach or in the centre of town in 5 minutes. The property itself has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. The garden has a good outside eating area and a lovely view of the sea and port. "Nice house in quiet mountain village. Close to Sotres and Cares which can be reached by car, local bus, or walking. Host was helpful in providing local information. There is no Wi-Fi in the house, but we were able to join our hosts network, sitting on the bench outside their house a short walk away."
