"Mandarin Oriental (MO) Geneva was so welcoming and friendly, we felt at home the moment we stepped in. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and the arrangements I had kindly asked to be made were made with just the right touch and quality. The kind assistance continued even after our checkout when we noticed we forgot our goods, and returned to pick them up in perfect condition. They were found, and safeguarded. We had a view of the river/lake, and were upgraded to an excellent suite with a terrace. Magnificent experience. Thank you MO, pleasure to be a member of the MO Club!"
